The American model wanted to share a natural look with everyone, letting her hair down and wearing no make-up. The t-shirt she wore was designed Prabal Gurung. Here’s what she said in the photo description.

“I voted absentee last week with my daughter next to me, for an America I want her to see; but not just for us- for fellow Americans that are less privileged, with hope for a nation that is unified, that is empathetic, & for a leader that is compassionate.”

“YOU HAVE A WEEK AND A HALF 🗳,” she added. “IF YOU’RE VOTING EARLY IM PROUD OF YOU. IF YOU MAILED IN YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT I’M PROUD OF YOU. (&& if you dropped it off at your County’s Board of Elections Office or at an Early Polling Site I’m proud of you!!) IF YOU’RE GOING TO THE POLLS ON NOVEMBER 3RD I’M PROUD OF YOU.”

Gigi concluded her post, urging her followers to have a plan and share them in the comments: “Whatever your PLAN, I’m proud of you; make sure you have one !!! Let me know below 👇👇👇.”

The t-shirt designed by Prabal Gurung is not just a statement, but it is also part of a charity. Fifteen percent of proceeds will be donated to the charity When We All Vote. We like the ‘80s vibe Gigi’s yellow pants give! Her post contains several photos, with messages such as:

“Vote as if your skin is note white, your parents need medical care, your spouse is an immigrant, your land is on fire, your child is transgender, your house is flooded, your sister is a victim of gun violence, your brother is gay, your water is unsafe, because privilege has no place in an election but empathy does.”

Her fans, family and friends on Instagram were quick to respond, writing messages such as “Yessss. This is why I love you. Let’s go!!! VOTE ♥️⚡️🎉” and “YESSSSS!!!!!!! LET’S DO THIS!❤️”
