Gretchen Rossi Pregnant And Homeless? Former RHOC Star Is Reportedly $26,000 Behind On Her Mortgage

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi just celebrated hitting the 30-week mark in her pregnancy, but she is apparently having trouble paying her mortgage. A new report claims that Rossi is behind on her payments for her Orange County home by more than $25,000, and now she is facing foreclosure.

According to The Blast, Rossi took out a mortgage back in 2005 for $538,000. Now, Quality Loan Service Corporation has put Rossi on notice of default, and they have given her 90 days to come up with the $25,894.91 that she owes on her Costa Mesa condo, or else they will foreclose and put it up for auction.

If the 90 days pass without payment, the company will set an auction date and force Rossi and her fiance Slade Smiley out of the home.

Rossi has not spoken publicly about her money problems – in addition to the mortgage issue, she just won a lawsuit against a company that claimed she owed $9,000 in credit card debt – but she has kept fans up to date on her pregnancy.

The RHOC alum recently told fans via her Instagram Story that she had hit week 30, and she thanked them for their kind messages after she shared that she was having a tough time.

“I am trying to be a super responsible mommy and take all the classes I can, and learn as much as I can to take care of my little Bambino when she arrives, but the stresses of life just got the best of [me] yesterday, and I couldn’t stop crying,” Rossi said.

She added that she started crying again during her two-and-a-half hour breastfeeding class because she was overwhelmed, admitting that she had no idea there was so much to know about breastfeeding. Rossi also has concerns about her work/life balance after she gives birth. She says she is getting anxious about being a full-time breastfeeding mom while also working and managing other projects.

In the caption of an Instagram post, Rossi wrote that she is afraid of trying to be a high-functioning entrepreneur while having no sleep. She then asked fans for advice and expressed her love for everyone’s encouragement and support.

Gretchen Rossi is pregnant with her first child after going through four years of IVF treatments, and she and Smiley are expecting a daughter this July which they plan on naming Skylar Gray.
