It’s getting closer to the time that “Vanderpump Rules” stars Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor are scheduled to tie the knot. Although details are somewhat scarce, the couple has just named who will be officiating their nuptials.
If you’re a fan of the show, you’d imagine that the SURver would ask LVP herself to help them say their vows as she did Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz. Surprisingly, Jax has someone else in mind.
They will go the more traditional route and have their pastor marry them at a Kentucky Castle surrounded by friends, family, and possibly, $400 truffles. This does not rule out the possibility of a wedding special which is guaranteed to bring in the big bucks.
Taylor took to social media in a post-and-delete to say: “And just like that we have our pastor that’s marrying us,” the future groom shared. “Thank @theryandotson for honoring us like this, I knew right away who I wanted and I am glad you said yes.”
Since the tragic passing of his father almost exactly one year ago, the 39-year-old has not only improved his physical and mental health, he’s reconnected with God. Jax and Brittany attend church regularly almost every Wednesday.
He recently opened up on what it’s like to attend the same church as the Kardashians and Biebers.
Taylor convinced his fiance to switch to Churchome: “[Recently,] I took her for the first time and she was just like [‘This is crazy’… ‘Literally there in front of me [is] Hailey Baldwin and Justin’]. But it’s actually a fun church. It just relates God to today and what you’re going through today. It’s not really in the book with Moses and all that stuff; it’s just kind of dealing with today. It’s more spiritual; it is a Christian church and we go every Wednesday night. The pastor flies in from Seattle.”
However, famous pastor Judah Smith will not be the one marrying the Bravo couple, Ryan Dotson will. Are you surprised Lisa Vanderpump won’t be the one to oversee this ceremony?
