Gwen Stefani made sure to rave about her man on his birthday! Blake Shelton is now 43 years old and his girlfriend took to social media to post a really sweet message, proving once again how #goals they are!

The singer posted a slideshow of Blake’s best handsome snaps, some of the romantic memories they created in their 4 years of relationship and even a cute and silly clip of Blake getting ‘kissed’ on the cheek by a seagull!

In the caption, Gwen wrote: ‘Happy b day to my favorite human!!! Can’t believe your mine ❤️🤷‍♀️, #gemini #greatestguyiknow.’ Aww….

And that was not all! Gwen went ahead to reveal where she and her man celebrated his birthday together.

‘Thank u shedd aquarium Chicago for an amazing unexpected b day tour!!!’ she wrote.

While Gwen’s celebratory post was pretty great, she was not the only one to shower the country crooner with love.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals patients also made a thoughtful video for him.

‘Happy birthday and thank you for supporting kids like me,’ one child says in the clip.

Blake, who is a big philanthropist, was definitely touched by the gesture since he reposted the vid and wrote alongside it: ‘Thank you @cmnhospitals for the best birthday video ever.’

As fans know, Blake donated no less than $600,000 to the Jimmy Everest Cancer Center back in 2016.

Furthermore, in December of 2018, he also launched his own Blake Shelton Cancer Research Program at the Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma University!

Blake is so involved in this cause mainly because his cousin Aspen Van Horn suffered from a neuroblastoma tumor at the age of just 5.

As for his incredible relationship with Gwen Stefani, it is about to become even tighter since the singer is set to come back on The Voice, where they first met and fell in love!
