Harry Styles Says One Direction Is Not ‘Done’ For Good - Admits The Boyband Will Never Be The Same However

As fans remember, One Direction went on a supposed ‘hiatus’ back in 2016 and for many, that meant they actually disbanded. But member Harry Styles claims the boyband is definitely not ‘done!’

At the same time, he stressed that even if they reunite, 1D will never be the same again!

During an interview for Rolling Stone, the singer confessed a lot has changed since they took a break.

While Harry did not give a definite answer when asked if they are coming back or not, he did make it very clear that he’d not say no to a reunion with the other bandmates.

‘I don’t know. I don’t think I would ever say I would never do it again, because I do not feel that way. If there is a time when we all want to do it, that is the only time for us to do it, because I do not think it should be about anything else other than we are all like, ‘Hey, this was really fun. We should do this thing again.’ But until then, I feel like I am really enjoying making music and experimenting,’ Harry explained.

The artist who’s found success as a solo singer went on to add: ‘I enjoy making music this way too much to just see myself doing a full switch, and go back and do that again. Because I think if we went back to doing things the same way, it would not be the same, anyway.’

He insisted that the four of them, including Louis, Niall and Liam have remained friends even if they haven’t performed together for the last three years. There is still a bond between them.

As for Zayn, he quit the band a year before they started their hiatus and he’s subtly shaded the other guys before so it doesn’t sound like he’s on good terms with any of them.

That being said, if One Direction ever made a comeback, he most likely wouldn’t be involved.
