It is safe to say that Hayden and Brian’s relationship is not in a good place at all after their latest argument turned physical and ended with the man in police custody!

TMZ was the very first to report on the shocking domestic violence case.

The news outlet claims that they went out drinking a couple of days ago.

When they went back to her place after a night of partying, they had an argument that supposedly escalated so much that he became violent.

The police were called to the scene at around 2 A.M. on Thursday.

Upon arriving at the actress’ residence, the authorities noticed ‘redness and marks on Hayden’s body.’

Following a brief investigation of the circumstances, they determined that Brian was the one to have started the fight and he was arrested.

After paying his $50k bond however, the man was released later that day.

The LAPD talked to HollywoodLife and while they confirmed his arrest, they refused to reveal whether Hayden was the abuse victim or not.

‘We can confirm the individual was arrested for domestic violence. 273.5 PC and $50K bail. This is from an incident stemming on May 2 at around 1:30 am. We cannot confirm the victim, that is confidential information. It happened at the 8400 block of Ridpath Dr.’

Regardless, the code used is for ‘corporal injury on an intimate partner’ so while they did not officially confirm the victim was Hayden, they still gave it away.
