Heidi Klum Will Most Likely Receive Judge's Ok To Take Kids On Germany Trip Despite Not Having Seal's Consent, Lawyer Explains - Here's Why!

Heidi Klum has been complaining that her ex and father of her children, singer Seal, is yet to give his approval when it comes to her plans to take the young ones to Germany once ‘Germany’s Next Top Model’ starts shooting again. The supermodel even mentioned in the legal documents that Seal barely sees them anyway and that he would actually get to spend quite a lot of time with them during the upcoming holidays and more if he so wishes.
But even if he still doesn’t agree with the trip, one lawyer now tells HollywoodLife that a judge is still likely to give Heidi Klum the legal go to take the young ones to Germany.
As fans know, the exes share legal custody of their four kids, ages 10, 13, 14, and 16 but the model dissed Seal in her legal documents for seeing them ‘sporadically at best!’
Heidi has requested an emergency court hearing since Seal is yet to give his approval for the trip she’s planning.
Now, Attorney Kelly Chang tells HollywoodLife that ‘I have a feeling the Judge will lean towards Heidi Klum because her request was very reasonable. Also, Heidi included a past history of the children traveling with her so it seems that it has happened before. If you notice, she seeks a specific time period (her shooting for the show) for the kids to be there.’
‘Also, she offered to give him the Christmas (that was supposed to be hers) here. It does not appear to me that she’s plotting to move the kids to Germany. I do not see valid concerns about a permanent move away, because she seeks specific time periods.’
Indeed, just like Chang also pointed out, Seal wrote in the documents that the reason why he is not all for the trip to Germany is that he fears Heidi will move there with the young ones for good!
But the lawyer stressed he has no reason to worry about something like that since he would find it really easy to fight back legally in a situation like that.
