Don’t Be Tardy star Brielle Biermann responded to the news of her ex Michael Kopech’s engagement by posting two sexy pics on Instagram and telling her fans that she has “more milkshakes than Kelis.” Just a little over one year after their split, the 22-year-old appeared unfazed by the fact that her ex had moved on so quickly.
After two years of dating and talks of marriage, Biermann and Kopech split in March 2018. Earlier this year, she told Too Fab that she refused to wait for the Chicago White Sox pitcher when he wanted to take a break.
“It was more of him wanting to take a break, and he wanted me to wait on him,” explained Biermann. “And I was like, ‘I’m not gonna wait on you, dude. You clearly wanna go f–k around. You think I’m stupid? I’m not stupid. I’m not gonna be waiting for you to return. I have a life, too.’ He was like, ‘In a year, we can date.’ I was like, ‘Are you insane? No.'”
On July 3rd, Kopech and his girlfriend – Riverdale actress Vanessa Morgan – announced their engagement on Instagram by sharing a photo of the moment he proposed at Mooney Falls near the Grand Canyon. In the caption of her post, Morgan simply wrote, “My forever.”
Kopech wrote on his Instagram that he loves Morgan “intensely, passionately, and also at times, recklessly.” He explained that he makes decisions on the spur of the moment, and he is a non-traditional type of person who has found his match.
The 23-year-old athlete admitted that his relationship with Morgan probably doesn’t make sense to a lot of people for numerous reasons, but they know it is forever and there is no reason to wait.

“You literally stayed by my side when I felt I had lost my mind. You stayed by my side for these seemingly random changes of my life. You stayed when often times I didn’t deserve it. You’ve loved me for ME from day one. Completely unselfishly. You’re undeniably the spark that reignited my fire,” wrote Kopech.
The MLB player finished up his lengthy post by writing that he will never have enough words to tell Morgan how much he loves her, but he promised to always show her.
New episodes of Don’t Be Tardy will return to Bravo in 2020.
