Insiders Claim Jamie Foxx Will Never Commit To Katie Holmes And She Couldn't Care Less

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been dating for more than five years, but according to a new report, she doesn’t care that he isn’t looking to settle down. Insiders say that Holmes is infatuated with Foxx, and this is “what Katie signed up for.”

Holmes and Foxx took a romantic mini-vacation to Miami a few days after Christmas and enjoyed some time out on the water riding jet skis.

“They chilled, swam and enjoyed the sun and beach activities, it was a chance to get away and enjoy each other,” dished an insider.

The source also revealed that Holmes and Foxx believe that the secret to a successful relationship is to balance their time between family and work. So, they see each other as often as they can, but they also give each other space.

What is Foxx doing with the space that Holmes is giving him?  When the actress left Miami to go skiing with her 12-year-old daughter, Suri, Foxx was seen hanging out on a yacht with model Olivia Culpo and actress Cara Santana just a few days into the new year.

The Robin Hood actor later said that his time on the yacht with the two women was “foolish.”

An insider told Us Weekly that “Jamie does care for her [Holmes], but his recent behavior makes people question that.”

Foxx and Holmes have been dating since 2013, but they have kept their relationship extremely private. However, in recent months they have been spotted out together in New York and New Orleans, as well as Miami.

Insiders say that the 40-year-old Dawson’s Creek alum and the 51-year-old Oscar-winning actor had seemingly taken their relationship to the next level by playing house while they worked on separate film projects. Sources say that the lovebirds shared a home in New Orleans while she was filming The Secret.

“Jamie’s completely head-over-heels in love with Katie and can’t bear to be apart from his girlfriend. Whenever he’s not working, he flies to New Orleans to be by her side and support her,” an insider spilled at the time.

The source added that Suri has even given her stamp of approval on the relationship and wants her mom to be happy.

So are they one big happy family? Or, is Jamie Foxx not willing to settle down with Katie Holmes? It looks like we will have to wait and see what happens.
