The baby rumors are back for music power couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. A new report claims that Stefani is pregnant with Shelton’s “miracle baby,” and the duo is planning to get married before Stefani gives birth. Could there be any truth to this latest baby rumor?
Stefani and Shelton have been together for nearly four years, and every few months a new baby or wedding rumor surfaces. This time around, an anonymous “insider” told In Touch Weekly that Stefani – who already has three children with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale – is pregnant with baby number four.

“Friends are saying it happened naturally,” the insider claimed. “And it’s a girl! They’re calling it their miracle baby.”
The report claims that Shelton and Stefani had already been through a series of failed IVF treatments, and they had given up on having a child together. The magazine added that Stefani has been crying herself to sleep because she wasn’t able to get pregnant, and she thought Shelton would leave her because of the failed IVF treatments. The 43-year-old does not have any children of his own.
The source added that Stefani was “shocked” when she found out she was expecting, and they also claim that Stefani and Shelton are planning on getting married in December at his Oklahoma ranch before the baby arrives.
Of course, the exact same rumor was swirling last year and the year before that, and fact-checking websites have already shot this one down.
The God’s Country singer has even stated publicly that if and when he and Stefani do get married or have a baby, the announcement will come from them, not from insiders talking to random magazines.
Stefani isn’t pregnant, but she has been under the weather lately. The Hollaback Girl recently canceled a performance in her Las Vegas residency due to illness, and she apologized to fans on Instagram for her absence.
“To everyone who was coming to Wednesday’s show, I am so sorry,” she wrote. “I am doing everything I can to be back on stage on Friday.”
Gwen Stefani will be taking Adam Levine’s place and joining Blake Shelton as a coach on Season 17 of The Voice which premieres in September on NBC.
