Selena Gomez recently went jewelry shopping at XIV Karats in Beverly Hills, and cameras spotted the Wolves singer wearing a massive ring on her left ring finger. Could Gomez be secretly engaged?

Gomez picked up the bling while wearing a sweatshirt and baggy gray sweatpants – accessorized with white velcro sneakers – and she carried her phone while talking with an unknown person in the parking lot.

It isn’t clear if Gomez bought the ring for herself or if it was a gift. But, one thing is for certain, the ring didn’t come from Gomez’s former bestie Francia Raisa.

Raisa donated a kidney to Gomez in 2017 when the singer was dealing with complications from Lupus. However, Raisa and Gomez reportedly had a falling out because Gomez wasn’t living a healthy life like she promised and continued to use alcohol. Meanwhile, Raisa experienced excruciating pain for months and had to suffer through a long recovery.

“They haven’t talked at all since October,” says an insider. “Selena did the exact opposite of what she said she was going to do when she got well again. She said she was not going to drink anymore, but she did.”

However, Gomez was “tired of feeling like she owed something to her [Raisa] because she gave her a kidney,” says another source, adding that it was Raisa’s choice to donate the kidney, and Gomez didn’t steal it.

A little over one year after her transplant, Gomez entered a mental health facility for treatment after suffering a breakdown. Now, she appears to be healthy and working again, and she is collaborating with Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry on a new “female empowerment” song, according to Capital FM.

After hosting a private listening party for her new album Lover, Swift reportedly told a fan about the collaboration.

“According to a fan who was invited and attended to #LoverSecretSessions, there will be a Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, and Katy Perry collab. The song is all about women empowerment,” shared a Taylor Swift fan account.

Swift and Perry ended their long-running feud when Perry sent Swift an olive branch at the beginning of her Reputation stadium tour. The You Need To Calm Down singer says she and Perry later hugged it out when they saw each other at a party, and something feels “so much lighter” in her life now that things are good between them.
