Jeffrey Epstein Reportedly Threatened Lawyer Of Victims - Said He Had Friends 'In High Places'

More details regarding the trials and tribulation of the late Jeffrey Epstein have been revealed, Page Six reported. According to the New York Post’s entertainment news outlet, Jeffrey threatened a lawyer for one of his victims by telling him that he had friends in powerful positions and that if he continued investigating, someone was “going to get hurt.”

Bradley Edwards, who acted as a lawyer for some of the sex traffickers accusers, claims the deceased social fixture hired investigators to watch in on him and his loved ones, including his wife and sons. Bradley published a new book regarding his time defending Epstein’s victims.

The book tells the tale of how he represented women such as Courtney Wild, who began working as a masseuse for Epstein when she was just 14-years-old. She was also encouraged to find other underage girls to work for Epstein.

During a live stream with an organization designed to defend sexual abuse victims, Bradley explained how Epstein responded to allegations by threatening a lawsuit against him personally. He claims Epstein contacted him and told him that he would drop the suit if he stopped pursuing the case.

In the same email, Bradley claims, Jeffrey said he had powerful friends in high places and they would make his life miserable if they chose too. He also claims to have had several meetings with Jeffrey, including a Starbucks in Boca Raton, Florida, where the accused said someone was going to “get hurt” if he continued.

Epstein urged him to settle the case and put it in their distant memory, but Edwards refused. Later, Epstein released a statement in which he apologized for his crimes in a letter read to a court in 2018. Epstein died in jail in August of last year.

Interestingly, another woman involved in the case, named Priscilla Doe, and also defended by Bradley, wants access to two of the fallen socialite’s properties, one where she claims she was a victim of sexual abuse.

Since then, Edwards has continued dealing with Epstein’s properties, including in the asking for access to his NYC luxury townhouse and property on his private Caribbean island. The idea behind granted access would be to show the imbalance of power between the accuser and the accused.
