Following his reported kidnapping arrest, it’s possible that the government will not allow Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley to rekindle their romance once again.  An attorney chatted with HollywoodLife and explained why the two reality TV stars would find it difficult to reunite.

Apparently, Jen might not be able to ever get back together with the father of her child precisely because that would mean ‘putting the baby in a dangerous position.’

It’s a well known fact that Ronnie and Jen have been splitting and reuniting over and over again but this might really be the end of their relationship.

This situation is a result of the fact that Ronnie was arrested on accusations of punching and slapping Jen, as well as chasing her around with a knife while he was also holding their 18 months old daughter, Ariana Sky.

Finally, he locked himself inside his AirBnB with the child before the police intervened.

TMZ even reported that he was tased by the officers before he was taken into custody.

Family attorney David T. Pisarra, tells HollywoodLife that ‘the government may not allow’ Jen to get back together with Ronnie after this dangerous incident.

But if she still chooses to reunite with the Jersey Shore star, it’s possible that Ariana could be taken away from them.

‘It’s conceivable that the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) might not let that happen [getting back together]. DCFS could threaten to just take the baby from them if she gets back together with Ronnie because she is putting her in a dangerous position. They could charge Jen with negligent parenting. DCFS could also require Jen to get a restraining order against Ronnie to protect herself and the baby from him,’ the attorney explained.
