Jenelle Evans ‘Crying Tears Of Joy’ After Finally Regaining Custody Of Her Kids

It’s finally happened! After no less than seven weeks and repeated trips to court, Jenelle Evans was granted the custody of her kids back after they were previously removed from the house by CPS.

As you may know, Child Protective Services took the young ones away after the former Teen Mom star’s husband David Eason brutally abused and then shot Jenelle’s dog with all the children in the house!

It was obviously considered that they were no longer safe under Jenelle and David’s care and other relatives received temporary custody.

The two remained a united front despite everything and did whatever they could to bring the kids back home.

Now, reports say that they succeeded after their latest court appearance earlier today.

That being said, the young ones are expected to be back home by tomorrow, which also happens to be the Fourth of July! Two reasons to celebrate!

One source told TMZ that Ensley and Kaiser are once again allowed to live under the same roof with their mother.

Apparently, Kaiser’s dad, Nathan Griffith was ordered to return their son back to Jenelle and David’s by tomorrow at 10 AM!

The report is yet to be confirmed but Jenelle’s tweet from earlier today that read: ‘Crying in tears of joy. 😭😭😭’ makes it seem like it’s all true!

In the past seven weeks, Kaiser has been living with his dad while Jenelle’s daughter with David, Ensley, was entrusted to her mother, Barbara, who won custody of her daughter’s firstborn, Jace, as well, a long time ago.

Obviously, he was not involved in the whole drama with David, and remains in his grandmother’s care.
