Jenelle Evans’ Ex Nathan Griffith Argues That The Former Teen Mom Star Is An Unfit Mother - Wants Primary Custody Of Their Son Kaiser

Jenelle Evans just got her kids back home after previously being removed from her care by Child Protective Services but she still can’t relax since her custody war continues! Now, her ex and father of her son Kaiser, Nathan Griffith, argues that the former Teen Mom star is unfit to raise their child and requests primary custody instead!

While chatting with TMZ earlier today, the Marine made it very clear that she is not the best when it comes to co-parenting either!

For instance, Jenelle apparently denied him FaceTime calls with his son.

‘I found it absolutely hysterical because the moment I got Kaiser into my custody, I have never denied her one time of FaceTime. She has now already re-blocked my number, and is totally being outrageous in everything she has said about me,’ the man complained.

Nathan also revealed via the same news outlet that he has a plan and it involves getting her to face the law.

‘I already — before CPS got involved — I already started a custody battle with her to get primary custody over kaiser and me and my lawyer are going to of course going to approach that accordingly.’

He argued that he has a good chance of winning by proving that Jenelle is an unfit parent.

Noting that he is worried their kid is not getting proper ‘love and affection,’ Nathan stressed that ‘I think just with her situation I would be more fit as a parent.’

Proving that he is much more willing to co-parent harmoniously with Jenelle than she is, Nathan even invited his ex and her current husband David Eason at Kaiser’s birthday party even though Jenelle had legally lost custody of him.

Given the circumstances, Nathan could have very well lost the invitations for the two but still wanted his son to have his mother present.

Jenelle admitted that she would not do the same when asked by a fan if she’d ever invite Nathan and his significant other, Ashley to her place for the sake of Kaiser.

Jenelle’s answer was simple – No! The reason? Apparently, Ashely would go ahead and tweet ‘s**t’ about her husband David Eason after.
