Jenelle Evans' Ex Nathan Griffith Gets Arrested After DUI

According to new reports, Nathan Griffith got arrested for Driving Under the Influence after he was caught sleeping in his car in North Carolina! As you may know, Nathan is former Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans’ ex and one of her baby daddies.

Sergeant Mike Ring reported via Radar Online that ‘He was found unconscious in the parking lot of grocery store Harris Teeter. His car was running. The fire department notified us when they realized it was not medical, it was impairment.’

Nathan proceeded to fail several sobriety tests and at around 6 P.M. he was taken into police custody for DUI.

The police also mentioned that the man refused to take the breathalyzer test, however, Ring telling the news outlet that ‘He was impaired. Empty alcohol containers were found in the car. No drugs were found at the scene.’

Fans of the ex Teen Mom dad are well aware that this is not the first time he gets arrested for driving violations.

The police also released a statement via HollywoodLife that reads: ‘We got a call around 5:23 PM about a person [who was] unconscious in a vehicle at the Harris Teeter. When the fire department arrived at the scene, they found out that the car was running and determined the nature of the call was not medical, therefore they contacted the PD. Our officer arrived on the scene, then conducted a DWI investigation, formed an opinion that he was impaired, placing him under arrest.’

Furthermore, they confirmed that Nathan has already placed the $10,000 bond required from him and got released during the night.
