Jenelle Evans Slams Reports David Eason Lost Custody Of His Son After Previously Confirming It

Jenelle Evans previously confirmed that her husband David Eason’s ex, Olivia Leedham won ‘sole legal and physical custody’ of their child together, son Kaden. However, now she claims the info is just old and that her controversial man still has rights as a parent to Kaden.

The report about David and Olivia’s custody agreement surfaced today and, as always, Jenelle is already jumping to her husband’s defense.

According to some court documents obtained by Radar Online, a North Carolina judge gave Olivia sole legal as well as physical custody of Kaden at the end of June.

Of course, it has been some time since then, which is why Jenelle felt the need to clarify what happened between then and now.

She shared via HollywoodLife that ‘The information Radar got is true but OLD. Olivia tried filing against David but it didn’t last long after David took her back to court.’

Jenelle argued that in the meantime, the exes have ‘worked out their differences in mediation twice.’

If that is true, it would mean that David has not lost custody of his son with Olivia.

‘There is a custody order in place as of now. Olivia Leedham has primary custody but David still has all his rights as a father. The only way David can lose full custody is if they were to serve David with a court date and he didn’t show up on purpose. David has legal representation and is going to handle this issue with visitation. As of now there is a visitation order in place,’ she went on to tell the site.
