Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield Norris’ Facebook Watch series will come back on September 7 with a brand-new episode including special guest Jennette McCurdy; people can officially confirm.
The 30-year-old former iCarly star, in her forthcoming book I’m Glad My Mom Died, openly discusses the years of abuse, extortion, and deception she endured at the hands of her own mother after decades of pain in silence.
Major celebrities who have appeared on previous episodes of Red Table Talk include Sandra Bullock, Snoop Dogg, Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Paris Jackson, Matthew McConaughey, Demi Moore, Keanu Reeves, and much more.
Red Table Talk, a Westbrook Studios production, garnered four nominations both this and last year and received an Emmy for an outstanding educational television program.
On Wednesday, September 7, at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET, the Facebook Watch original series Red Table Talk comes with a brand-new episode starring Jennette McCurdy. Weekly new episodes are streamed.
In a previous post, I’m Glad My Mom Died” is the title of Jennette McCurdy’s current and popular one-woman dark comedy show. She is aware that this title might cause some people to object.
The popular iCarly actor, 29, tells The people in this week’s episode of the show that it is “considered” and describes the “severe” physical and emotional abuse she experienced at the hands of her mom, Debbie, who passed away from cancer in 2013.
“The story I’m telling has a richness even if it could appear to be in black and white. Life can be gloomy and chaotic. Nobody’s life is flawless.”
For McCurdy, who was nurtured by Debbie and her father, Mark, life at home was everything from ideal amid her popularity on television with seven seasons of Nickelodeon’s iCarly and its sequel Sam and Cat.
