The modest Jennifer Garner was surprised to be on the cover of PEOPLE’s annual Beautiful Issue and now, the actress even got a shout-out from her crush for it and can’t be any happier about it! Donny Osmond, Jennifer’s childhood crush made sure to congratulate her for the achievement and her reaction is priceless!

Earlier this week, news anchor Katie Couric shared an older clip of Cher performing alongside The Osmonds in brightly-colored jumpsuits.

She wrote in the caption: ‘If this doesn’t get you going this morning nothing will. Long live @cher and the Osmonds.’

That is when Garner commented: ‘My number one biggest crush of all time @donnyosmond,’ even adding a kissing emoji!

The 61-year-old responded to Jen, joking that it was ‘Miraculous that those jumpsuits didn’t scare you away.’

And that was not all! Osmond also posted a screenshot on one article about their interaction on the platform, saying about her crush on him: ‘You learn something new every day! Congrats on being featured in @people’s #BeautifulIssue 2019, @jennifer.garner. No beauty shines greater than a good heart.’

Jennifer was definitely excited to have him respond as she gushed: ‘1st Grade Jennifer is freaking out right now. I still love purple socks.’

The last part was referring to his fashion trademark.

Last month, while chatting with People for her cover story, Garner discussed the beauty of being a mother to her and ex-husband Ben Affleck’s three kids.

‘I’m starting to get to the point where I realize this job is not going to be forever. Not in the all encompassing every meal, every moment, every day way that I’ve loved for the last 13 years. It is going to shift. But there is beauty in how it works in episodes,’ she said.
