Jennifer Hudson Has The Best Reaction To Lady Gaga’s Emotional Oscars Acceptance Speech

Lady Gaga took home the Oscar for Best Original Song for her hit ‘Shallow.’ Her emotional speech was felt by everyone in the room and watching her at home, including singer Jennifer Hudson.

During the acceptance speech, the A Star Is Born actress let everyone know that what she does is hard work, it did not come easy, and it was a long road getting to the stage.

“If you are at home and sitting on your couch watching this right now, all I have to say is this is hard work. I have worked hard for a long time, and it is not about winning but it’s about not giving up. If you have a dream, fight for it. There’s a discipline for passion, and it’s not about how many times you get rejected, or you fall down or beaten up, it’s about how many times you stand up and are brave,” she stated.

Her words are powerful, there is no doubt about it. However, Jennifer Hudson was all of us with her reaction. At one point during the speech, the camera panned to the Dreamgirls star who was mouthing “yes, yes” as she shook her head. It is pretty clear that Hudson could 100% relate to what Lady Gaga was saying.

The reaction has been equated to that of a stage mom, but honestly, it truly comes across as someone who has been there and gets it. Remember Hudson too is an Oscar winner. She has experienced some of the same highs and lows of the business as Lady Gaga.

Social media was all over Jennifer Hudson’s reaction. The former The Voice coach was blowing up Twitter, and it was not even her intention. Many fans thought the moment was sweet and wished someone would look at them the way Hudson looked at Lady Gaga.
