During an interview with El Zol 107.9 she shared, as per Radio.com, that ‘It’s not easy. During this pandemic, I think everyone had a moment when they were depressed or were scared about what was going to happen. I had many moments when I felt really bad. My kids, too. Everyonein the house.’

Fans know that the multitalented celeb shares 12-year-old twins, Max and Emme with her ex husband Marc Anthony.

In addition, her current fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, is the father of two kids of his own as well, daughters Ella, 12 and Natasha, 16.

J.Lo. shared, during the interview, that Emme once came to her and expressed frustration over the state of the world!

‘My daughter came to my bed and was crying, ‘Why’s this happening? I miss my friends. Why’s this happening in our life?’ [With] everything that was going on, there were protests and a lot of things they were seeing. [I told her] sometimes things need to change and when things change, sometimes it hurts a little. But it’ll always be for the good of everyone. Sometimes you have to live those moments and have to stay strong and grateful, because we have so much – we have our health, we are together, we have love,’ she revealed.

At some point during the chat, Lopez opened up about those days when mental state is most affected and how she deals with the negative feelings.

As it turns out, she suggested that people should try their best to stay active.
