The father of two took to Instagram to address his soon-to-be ex-wife’s claims. In a post-and-delete, Roger denies the allegations made about him and goes as far as to say that J-Woww is ‘playing the victim.’

The New Jersey native captioned the video ‘truly sad it has come to this’ where he states: “What’s up, guys? I sit here humbly before you today a pretty heartbroken man in light of recent circumstances and things that were said about me in a long, rambling rant that was put out about me that was highly erroneous and had many lies in it.”

He went on to say that his attorneys wrote a statement for him to read but he didn’t take their advice.

“We’re going to address this in court, which is the proper place to address it. I know that there is a deep-rooted history of this, a deep-rooted history of this — playing the victim.”

He ends the clip with: “My concern is my children and I will not stop until I have my children.”

It didn’t stop there, Mathews also uploaded court documents where his lawyers accuse Jenni of having an advantage over him by releasing the statement to which over 250,000 of her followers were able to read.

Up until January 30 when J-Woww exposed her estranged husband, he had a way of winning over the public via social media by uploading photos with his children and the viral video from the backseat of a police car.

It wasn’t until many of his supporters saw the clip of Roger bragging about sleeping with another woman and pushing J-Woww to the ground with their children present that they took the MTV personality’s side.
