Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino can always count on his ‘Jersey Shore’ co-stars to be there in his time of need. The gang visited their friend in prison and the photos confirm the reports that the reality star is doing great on the inside.

Lauren Sorrentino, Pauly D, and Vinny Guadagnino all paid a visit to the Federal Correctional Institution in New York. They appeared alongside a super fit and smiling Situation.

The 33-year-old uploaded the pictures to Instagram that received thousands of likes and comments from fans.

Mike is serving an eight-month sentence for tax evasion. His brother, Marc Sorrentino, wasn’t so lucky and got slapped with a two-year sentence.

The last person to give an update on the Situation’s condition was Snooki Polizzi who claimed he was a natural.

“It’s like he’s in a senior home, he’s playing bingo, he’s helping people recover in jail. We all talk to him through an email, so I talk to him like once a week. He’s in the gym a lot, so he’s probably gonna come out ripped. You know, he’s not gonna be BDS anymore — Big Daddy Sitch — he’s gonna have his, probably, six-pack again. But he’s doing … he’s doing good in there.”

Other than the fact that Mike is having ‘the time of his life’ in the facility, this time served will prove to be extremely lucrative for the MTV personality. He will be paid big bucks for his first post-prison interview, featured in ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation,’ and he’s already unloading #freesitch shirts.

Just days after he turned himself in, Mike posted a message to his social media accounts that read: “Hi Everyone,it’s Lauren. Mike would like to thank all of his fans worldwide for the unbelievable outpouring of love & support.We speak everyday & he’s doing great. He’s received thousands of letters, he won’t be able to respond to everyone but wanted to express his gratitude to each and everyone of you. Thank you from the both of us; it is truly heartwarming to have this support during this time. Lots of Love, Michael & Lauren Sorrentino.”
