Jessica Simpson - Source Reveals The 'Sweet' Name She's Chosen For Her Third Baby

The singer and her hubby, Eric Johnson have picked a very beautiful name for their third addition to the family. As fans know, Jessica Simpson is currently pregnant with a baby girl, and during her baby shower, she pretty much revealed her moniker.

But while people only guessed she was going to be named Birdie at the time, now one source tells ET that is indeed the yet to be born infant’s name!

‘She just loved the name and thought it was so sweet,’ the insider explained, noting that Birdie is a family name.

As for the hint that the unborn child is going to be named that, it was included in the décor at the baby shower that took place during the weekend.

That being said, one pic that features the future mother of three and her daughter Maxwell, 6, also includes a sign in the background that reads: ‘Birdie’s Nest.’

Seeing this, fans were instantly convinced that must be the name the star and her hubby picked.

In fact, the whole celebration was bird’s nest themed, and one source tells the news outlet that Stephanie Terblanche from @WhamBamEvents helped Jessica create the backyard bash’s décor.

The pregnant woman looked stunning in a Trista Smith custom made white dress, and a rose gold crown.

Simpson and Johnson are also the parents of a 5 year old son named Ace.

Another insider shared with ET that the boy spent some quality time with his father while the shower was going on but they both came close to the end to celebrate together.
