Joe And Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Gia Starts Petition Asking President Trump To Stop Dad’s Deportation

Joe and Teresa’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice is taking her fight to stop her father’s impending deportation to the top brass.

The 18-year-old has started a petaton through Change.org to ask President Trump to review and stop Joe being sent back to his home country of Italy. On Tuesday Gia, got the ball rolling with the petition, which is almost at its goal of 15,000 signatures.

In her message for the petition, the young woman explains her father came to the United States when he was 1-year-old. Joe was raised in New Jersey and knows nothing else besides living in this country. Gia goes on to explain her father’s crimes were non-violent, and he worked hard to make restitution.

After reiterating how Joe is still incarcerated despite serving his time in prison, Gia shares he chose to sit in a detention center while he continued to fight for his right to stay in the U.S. Joe would rather be locked up fighting then sent back to Italy. He knows he has too much to lose, his daughters.

“My father is there for us in every possible way a father could be. He has always been our handyman, our confidant, our cheerleader, our challenger and most importantly our protector. This would rob us of my father screaming from the stands at our graduations, meeting our future husbands for the first time, of walking us down the aisle, of being there when his grandchildren come into the world. Please use your voice, your power, and your signature to help keep my family together,” Gia says in the final push on her petition to get it read by the president.

Since his appeal was denied last week, the chances of Joe Giudice staying in the U.S are slim. The president might be his only hope, and that is why his daughter Gia started a petition for Trump to read. The request comes a couple of days after Gia’s younger sister Milania shared a throwback photo of her with her dad and tagged the president. Joe’s sister, Maria Fazliu, also appealed to Trump on Instagram.

As of now, there has been no word or comment from the White House regarding the petition or the several pleas asking President Trump for help on Joe’s behalf. Joe’s family is desperate to find a solution other than him being deported.
