John Cena Does Not Mind All The Speculation About His Dating Life: 'It's Fine For People To Have Questions'

John Cena and Nikki Bella’s split not only rocked the world of WWE but also made noise in regular Hollywood. Since then, there has been endless speculation on who the former pair have moved on with and the movie star isn’t bothered by the curiosity at all.

The invasion of privacy comes with the fame. However, in the same breath, people have a right to protect their personal endeavors and choose what they share with the world.

Currently, the athlete is dating Shay Shariatzadeh. He has yet to confirm the new relationship but the two have been spotted out on romantic dates and hand-in-hand strolls for quite some time now.

While speaking with People, John explained: ‘I know who I am, and I think that’s very important. It’s fine for people to have questions, but it’s fine for me to give or protect certain information.’

He expressed that he has made the conscious decision to keep his private life out of the public eye. He went on to speak about his values.

‘I think it’s imperative to try things. If you try it and you don’t like it, you don’t need to try it again. I don’t ever judge anybody or criticize anybody for what they share or what they don’t share because I’m not them.’

It’s not a surprise that John likes to keep things wrapped up. Between making his ex sign a 75-page contract just to move in his home to a rumored NDA that keeps Nikki from spilling certain details about her former fiance — John has got secrecy down to a science.

Cena has recently taken on the fun role of being the host of Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader.

‘The show really showcases the kids. It’s not just about their intelligence, but also their skills and personality. They are so confident in who they are and showing that off is an important aspect of the show.’

Nikki Bella is currently dating Artem Chigvintsev.
