Johnny Depp is hurling another abuse accusation at ex Amber Heard. The actor is claiming she put a cigarette out on him during their now-infamous fight.

The Blast is reporting the Pirates of Caribbean star is making his latest claim as part of his libel lawsuit against British tabloid The Sun. Depp says that Heard “put a cigarette out” on his head after she allegedly threw a bottle at him that reportedly severed his finger.

“Today we replied in court to the Sun’s cut and paste “defense” of Amber Heard’s latest abuse hoaxes. And we detailed more evidence of Amber Heard’s vicious violence against Mr. Depp, who was the actual domestic violence victim in the relationship. And there is more evidence to come. Yet Ms. Heard remains propped up by hoax-enablers, including Rupert Murdoch’s tabloid the Sun. Does the #metoo movement care about male victims too,” Depp’s attorney, Adam Waldman, said in a statement to People magazine.

Heard and Depp have been involved in a war of words since their marriage broke up after abuse allegations in 2016. She wrote an op-ed detailing an abusive relationship in 2018 for the Washington Post. He filed a $50 million libel suit against Heard, even though she never mentioned his name in the article.

Heard’s attorney denies the latest abuse claims by Depp.

“This allegation is absurd, offensive, and categorically untrue. This photograph proves nothing apart from the fact that Johnny Depp is desperate to throw out any outlandish allegation to deflect attention from his physical and ongoing psychological abuse of Amber Heard,” Eric George rebutted Depp’s allegations to People magazine.

Several photographs in question were also obtained by The Blast and are pretty gruesome.

Johnny Depp says Amber Herd not only severed his finger but also put a cigarette out on him. Neither star has spoken publicly about the allegations, and they won’t. As part of their divorce proceedings, both singed non-disclosure agreements prohibiting them from discussing their relationship in public.

The NDA has no bearing on Depp’s lawsuit against Heard for libel defamation. His case against his ex-wife is still pending. She continues to fight to have the case dismissed or at the very least moved to California from Virginia.
