Joseph Baena Proves He Is His Father's Son — Looks Just Like Arnold Schwarzenegger In New Bodybuilding Photos

Genetics and DNA are interesting things and that couldn’t be more evident than Joseph Baena and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Joseph’s mother is Mildred Baena and she was the family housekeeper when Arnold was married to Maria Shriver. Together Arnold and Maria had four children: Katherine, Patrick, Christopher, and Christina before the relationship with Mildred came to light resulting in Arnold’s and Maria’s divorce. Mildred was pregnant with baby Joseph and living in the home as she was still employed as the housekeeper when the truth that Arnold had a love child was discovered. Once little Joseph was born, people began to notice an uncanny resemblance between Joseph and Arnold. Ironically, many believe that of all of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s children, none bears as strong as a resemblance to the 72-year-old Austrian born bodybuilder, actor, and politician as Joseph Baena.

It took a while before Arnold and Joseph took their father and son relationship public but now that Joseph is an adult, there is no question that he enjoys a loving and close relationship with his father. Both Joseph and Arnold share photos of the pair on their public social media accounts and Arnold has been helping to shape up his son in his image — literally.

Joseph Baena is currently going viral after posting a photo to his official Instagram account on Wednesday where he is the spitting image of his father. Joseph has shown that he has the same muscular physique that catapulted his famous father to fame.

Now some are wondering if Hollywood shouldn’t cast Joseph in some of the roles his father made famous, such as Conan the Barbarian and the Terminator.

Arnold Schwarzenegger also shared several sweet photos of Joseph spending time with his dad in the gym and at his college graduation. Arnold shared the following caption with his 20.3 million followers.

“Happy birthday Joseph! Watching you graduate from college this year and seeing you follow your passions has been amazing. You are a fantastic son, and I can’t wait for our next training session. I love you.”
