The Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise alum, Josh Murray has admitted his experiences on the two ABC shows still stings.
Murray has had his fair share of relationship drama thanks to the Bachelor franchise. Now he is opening up about his time in the spotlight.
The reality TV star also talked about what life has been like since he appeared on the reality TV shows. Plus, Murray revealed the hardest part of trying to have a relationship in the spotlight.
“Just all the negativity afterwards, and all the lies, and all the dishonesty, and all the hyperbole and the statements that were out there. It was just very tough dealing with that. I’m a people pleaser, so I enjoy people in general, and what happened was very tough on me having to deal with people believing certain things that weren’t true. And I guess I have got to take responsibility because I also put myself in those situations,” the 35-year-old told E! News.
The media outlet caught up with Murray at the 5th annual Susan G. Koman Los Angeles County Babes for Boobs Live Bachelor Auction. He was on hand to host the important event. Murray also revealed there is a lot of dirt regarding his experience in Bachelor Nation that remains unspoken.
Instead of spilling all the dirty details, Murray is focused on living a life full of positivity. There will be no tell-all from this former The Bachelor.
“If I talked about the show and the girls, it wouldn’t be a good thing, I would like to put something out positive. There’s a lot of things I have learned, and there’s a lot of truth that I can talk about that I wouldn’t be putting somebody else down,” he shared.
Even though he is focusing on being positive and staying mum right now, Murray does hope someday to speak his truth.
“The thing that kills me all the time is I want to put the truth out. But it’s tough. It’s like I said, it’s just a, it’s a catch 22 really. I don’t want to talk bad, but at the same time, I want to tell the truth. So that always stings me, even though it’s been years, it still stings me. It hurts,” Murray expressed.
Josh Murray of The Bachelor and BIP fame has a lot to say about his time on both shows. When the time is right, the reality TV star will tell his side of the story and reveal why being involved in the franchise still hurts him.
