JWoww Isn't The Only One Who Has Moved On -- Roger Mathews Is Casually Dating After The Divorce

Jenni Farley is completely smitten with her 24-year-old boyfriend, Zack Carpinello. The focus has been so centered on the Jersey Shore star that it’s overshadowing the news that Roger Mathews has also moved on.

Roger and JWoww’s nasty divorce is set to play out on the currently airing episodes of Jersey Shore Family Vacation and let’s just say — things got worse before they got better.

The two are on great co-parenting terms at the moment with Roger even giving Zack his stamp of approval.

The father went as far as to ask his followers to stop attacking his ex-wife.

In an Instagram caption, Roger wrote: ‘‘Happy Memorial Day everybody. There seems to be an overflow of negative comments toward me and Jenni on many of my posts still. I am a big boy and proud supporter of free speech, I can take it. Jenni also has tough skin and she can take it however the comments as to whom the better parent is, or who may spend more time with our children are unnecessary.’

‘I accept my responsibility in the divide that I caused in the eyes of the public but I will always post about my kids and if we [he and Jenni] can move past the negativity certainly it would not be too much to ask for everybody else too. We love our children emphatically and we always will. It takes much more energy and effort to be negative than to be positive. Enjoy this beautiful day,’ the message continued.

This a total 180 than his attitude months ago when he put the mother of his children on blast. His change of heart is obviously prompted by wanting what is best for the two kids but it could also be due to the fact that he is dating after the divorce.

The 44-year-old told US Weekly that he is casually dating but his kids are his focus.

He also described the kind of woman he is looking for.

‘An established woman with her career and personal life in order, who has similar likes and interests and who is understanding that my children will always come first. Communication is critical to me at this point in my life. If you’re a bad communicator, we probably won’t make it far. I want peace and stability in my life for myself and my children.’
