Kailyn Lowry Addresses Those Rumors She's Dating Teen Mom Co-Star Leah Messer

Are Teen Mom co-stars Kailyn Lowry and Leah Messer in a romantic relationship or just really close friends? Amid rumors that they are dating, Kail addressed everyone’s big question while on the latest episode of her podcast.

It is safe to say that the two ladies have played along more than once when fans asked if they are in a relationship, but, as it turns out, Kail and Leah are just friends.

On the Coffee Convos podcast, Kailyn told her pal, Becky, who filled in for co-host Lindsie Chrisley, that ‘I would never [date Leah]! She is, like, one of my best friends. We have become so close, I would just never want to ruin that.’

While speculations that the two were more than just friends have been going around for months, it really looked like they had made it official by showing up at the VMAs together!

Kailyn even shared an article that declared they were ‘officially a couple,’ but it appears like she was just trolling.

Laughing, Kail said: ‘I think MTV would lose their s**t if Leah and I actually dated. I texted her yesterday and was like…We might as well just get married. And she was like…yeah, doesn’t everyone want to marry their best friend?! Can you just imagine? I think the Teen Mom world would s**t themselves.’

The co-stars have been getting closer and closer throughout their years on Teen Mom and they even go on vacations together, alongside their kids.

At the same time, while Kailyn is interested in both men and women, she claimed on the podcast that she does not even know if that is the case with Leah as well, or not.
