Kailyn Lowry Opens Up About Her Current And Past Relationship With Former Husband Javi Marroquin

Kailyn Lowry got candid about her relationship with her former husband Javi Marroquin. The Teen Mom star and her ex share a son together, Lincoln Marroquin.

Lowry got as real as possible about their divorce during the latest episode of her Coffee Convos podcast.

As fans might know, the two tied the knot back in 2012 and the following year, they welcomed their son.

Two years after that, Kailyn filed for divorce, putting their relationship to an end! The divorce was finalized in 2016.

While chatting with her podcast co-host Lindsie Chrisley, Kailyn revealed that she and Javi currently have what she would call a ‘love-hate relationship.’

‘We’re up and down. We fight every other day, it is a real love/hate relationship…parentship. I have been legally divorced for three years now. I filed for divorce four years ago, and I didn’t get legally divorced for a whole year,’ the reality TV star shared.

She went on to mention that while they were married, she generally felt like her husband at the time lived a life completely different from her own.

‘Javi had completely different habits than me. And now that I have been married and divorced, I don’t know I’d be able to live with somebody again. I have gotten used to being by myself. I do not know I want to get used to someone else’s nasty habits. I have my own habits, let me keep mine to myself and you just keep yours to yourself.’

For instance, one such habit of his she hated when she and Javi were still married was the fact that he would leave all of his stuff ‘all over the floor!’

She joked that it was like he’d just drop everything right where he stood as soon as he entered the house and that she really didn’t want to ‘trip and die.’
