Kandi Burruss Is Woke On Her New Show And Sits Down With Raymond Santana, Who Is One Of The Central Park Five -- Is Todd Tucker's Wife Changing Lane?

Kandi Burruss, of The Real Housewives of Atlanta fame, has a new show on YouTube called Speak On It where she sits down with various stars and tackles multiple topics.

This week, Kandi interviewed Raymond Santana, who is one of the Central Park Five, better known as Exonerated 5.

At the age 14 years old, Raymond was arrested along with Korey Wise, Yusef Salaam, Antron McCray, and Kevin Richardson for the rape of Trisha Meili, known then as the Central Park jogger.

The men’s story was featured in When They See Us, the most-watched series that aired on Netflix and directed by Ava DuVernay. Raymond opened up about the events, and his words moved many to tears.

One person said: “I often wonder who the jurors were. Were they paid? If the real trial went exactly the way it was depicted in the movie, I don’t know how those people slept after turning in a guilty verdict. Shame on them as well as the trash lead investigator and the trash prosecutor! They all should face criminal charges.”

You could have watched the movie and said nothing but it obviously touched you like it touched so many of us. Shine a light on the TRUTH!I still can’t even bring myself to watch this movie because my heart hurts just knowing what has happened. It’s so shameful that a person could destroy these five lives and not feel any remorse about what they’ve done. But the TRUTH always comes to light.”

This person explained: “Absolutely ridiculous. I still cry, thinking of how they lost so many years of their life, their innocence… Honestly, I have not been able to watch the show, because my spirit can not take that. I was young when it happened, and I knew they did not do the crime and did not understand at the time why white people were not fighting for them. I men I grew up learning about keep your eyes on the prize, but I never say anyone who didn’t look like me stand up or care about people that look like me. So many innocent people victim to the system and the pigment of their skin.”
