Kanye West was missing from Kim Kardashian’sChristmas photos and fans were quick to notice. Kim shared a Twitter thread that she captioned: ‘Christmas at Kourtney’s’ and featured herself and her children in the snaps. Kanye West was nowhere to be seen. The absence follows another recent picture that Kim posted from her Lake Tahoe vacation. The photo featured herself, Scott Disick, her sisters Khloe, Kendall, and Kourtney, and Kris Jenner along with Corey Gamble. Though the photo went viral because people thought it appeared that Kourtney had been photoshopped in, it also drew attention because Kylie and Kanye were missing.

Reports have long circulated suggesting that Kim and Kanye are on the verge of divorce and are only married for the sake of their kids. Neither has confirmed these reports or spoken out about them. Shortly before Christmas, other reports were saying that the two are still married but live separate lives and even indicated they would be together for the holidays, just for the kids. Now people are wondering what is really going on.

If Kanye and Kim were together only for the holidays then why isn’t he in any photos?

Since Kanye has once again pulled a disappearing act (he didn’t post on his social media pages for Christmas, even though he dropped his new Emmanuel EP) more people are sharing their thoughts and agreeing with reports suggesting the two are married on paper only.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West married on May 24, 2014, in the romantic location of Florence, Italy. Their daughter North West was approximately one-year-old at the time of the wedding and they would later have three more children: Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Though the couple has been together longer, they are approaching the ‘7-year-itch’ mark of their relationship. At this point, it is up in the air whether the two will make it through.
