Many celebrities like to keep their pregnancies secret and announce their special news as they see fit. Kylie Jenner hid her pregnancy so well that no one knew for sure until after she gave birth. For Kate Mara, however, as soon as people saw her walk the Golden Globes Red Carpet her secret was revealed.
Though fans hit social media to remark on Kate Mara’s appearance and glow, a source revealed to Page Six that the rumors were true. Kate Mara and Jamie Bell are expecting their first child. The couple married on July 15, 2017, and are excited to welcome their new baby.
According to Page Six, Mara revealed her secret to Mary Poppin’s Golden Globes nominee Emily Blunt.
“Our spy tells us the Pose actress, 35, couldn’t contain her excitement over the news at the Golden Globes, revealing to Emily Blunt that she’s pregnant after the best actress nominee commented on the size of her breasts while waiting in line for the bathroom.”
On Thursday the news went viral with many people reaching out to Kate Mara and Jamie Bell on social media wishing the couple a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Kate Mara dazzled in her Miu Miu pale-apricot gown with an ornate, plunging neckline. It was due to the dress that people suspected she was pregnant and even the way she stood and held her hands below her belly was a giveaway.
Many were surprised she managed to keep the secret as long as she did.
According to the report, Kate Mara is five months pregnant or in her second trimester. She didn’t reveal a due date but it appears she should be ready to deliver between the end of May or June, depending on whether she goes late or not.
Kate Mara recently appeared on FX’s Pose. Though the show has been renewed for a second season, it’s unclear whether Mara will return.
This will be the first child for Mara. Jamie Bell has a 4-year-old son Jack with ex-wife Evan Rachel Wood.
Mara has three projects in the early stages of development. It’s unclear whether her pregnancy will delay those projects.
