Katy Perry took to social media to finally confirm the suspicions that she and fiancé Orlando Bloom are having a baby girl! The singer’s gender reveal post was pretty interesting, however. Check it out!

Katy shared a pic of the actor with pink cream all over his face and alongside it, she simply wrote ‘It’s a girl!’

This comes only a month after she told her many fans that she was pregnant for the first time.

Not only that but the singer made sure to share the big news in a big way!

Therefore, she took everyone by surprise when she showed off her baby bump in her music video for Never Worn White!

While there had been rumors going around before that, Katy managed to hide her pregnancy very well until that moment which is why most of her fans were shocked to learn that she is going to be a first time mom.

Soon after the music video premiered, she went to her Instagram for a live broadcast during which she dished: ‘I’m excited, we’re excited and we’re happy — and it’s probably the longest secret I’ve ever had to keep. I knew I would tell you in the best way, which is through a piece of music because that’s how I speak to you. I had to reveal this at some point, because it was getting pretty obvious.’

Obviously, she could not stop gushing over the news that she shared, making it clear that being a parent alongside Orlando was something she was really looking forward to.

While Katy’s pregnant for the first time, the baby girl that is on her way will make the actor a father of two since he also shares 9 year old son, Flynn, with supermodel Miranda Kerr.

Orlando and Katy first started seeing each other back in 2016 and dated for a bit over a year before breaking up.

They did get back together in August of 2017, however, and now they seem happier than ever!
