Katy Perry Raves Over Her Goals Friendship With Taylor Swift After Making Peace

After feuding for so long, it feels really good to be friends again! At least that is what Katy Perry says about her newly rekindled friendship with Taylor Swift!

During a brand new interview, Perry opened up about how they made amends and gushed over how strong their bond is now.

She mentioned that only because they so happened to be at the same parties that they saw one another and she was able to tell the other artist that she loved her.

‘I just went up to her and was like, ‘Hey, you know, it has been a long time, and I think we have grown up a bit. And I wanted to say I am sorry, and that I am really here for you, and I love you and, you know, I hope we can be friends in the future,’’ Katy recalled while a guest on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

Apparently, it was the beginning of them ‘talking a little bit’ and ‘trusting each other.’

Then, ‘She invited me over to her house, and she made me some cookies. And she actually makes those cookies, and they’re actually so delicious. And I brought them home. I said, ‘The only way I’m coming to your house is if I can hold your new cat.’

Of course, she was talking about Tay’s adorable new pet, Benjamin Button, who Katy is simply in love with!

And if you still don’t believe that the two ladies’ beef is finally over, Taylor made it official by featuring Katy in her music video for You Need to Calm Down back in June.

Katy and Tay can be seen hugging in the clip, proving that they are now best of friends.
