‘Hey Jolie has her last match at the club and I’ve a part can you pick her up from tennis at 3? Perhaps take her to dinner?’ she asked her ex husband via text.

‘I can’t today, I’m busy,’ Michael replied.

Kelly captioned the image with: ‘What kind of father doesn’t want to spend time wit his daughter? Hasn’t been with her in 6 mos. Thank god for @rickleventhal.’

After this, she called him out some more, explaining why she’s doing it: ‘I put Michael on blast because he just does nothing with Jolie. He does not want to see her. He wants to take me to court. I have spent thousands of dollars on my attorney so we can get the loose ends of our divorce finalized and he will not sign the papers. He wants to keep dragging it out and he wants me to not blast him anymore. So, if you do not want me to blast you just sign the f***ing papers, Michael. Just sign the papers and I won’t blast you.’
