In a comment that has since been deleted, the person expressed their regret at hearing the news she’d appear on Jerry’s new talk show. The person asked, “there are so many interesting people out there who don’t already have way too much time on TV, why her?”

The user referred to Kelly as a “cardboard cutout TV” icon such as Ryan Seacrest. The person went on to say that Jerry couldn’t “transcend” the sheer “boringness” of such a guest.

As fans of the Live With Kelly And Ryan host know, Kelly isn’t afraid to fight back against trolls on social media, in fact, she enjoys it.

Ripa said to the person on Instagram that it was August, and most people who aren’t TV people are in Italy this month. She added, “I’m pretty exciting.” Her husband, Mark Consuelos, also dished on the exchange as well, which was later captured by Comments By Celebs.

Mark wrote that he agreed, Kelly really is “very exciting.” Fans of the couple know that Mark and Kelly typically act as a team when fighting Instagram and Twitter trolls. One month ago in July, a social media user suggested that Mark was working out way too much.

The user wrote that Mark spends too much time working out at the gym, and should be with his wife and kids instead. Ripa informed the person that Mark actually was with his wife and kids because they’re on vacation.

In the past, Kelly said she wasn’t bothered by social media users. The television show host claimed that her relationship with trolls was reciprocal; she likes to feed them and they like to feed her with feisty comebacks.
