Kevin Hart's Wife Eniko Shares Update On Comedian’s Condition After His Horrific Car Crash

Kevin Hart’s wife, Eniko Hart has shared an update on the comedian’s condition after his horrific car crash early Sunday morning.

The actor has been hospitalized and underwent surgery for severe back injuries he sustained in the accident. On Monday, TMZ caught up with Eniko, to ask about the Upside star’s condition.

“He’s great. He’s going to be just fine. He’s good. Everybody’s good, thank God. He’s fine. He’s awake,” the 35-year-old explained as she was bombarded with questions.

The reporter even asked if funnyman Kevin was up laughing and cracking jokes already. Eniko was quick to respond “No” letting people know despite the excellent prognosis, her husband is still in bad shape. The accident has undoubtedly taken a toll on Eniko, who was clearly concerned about her famous man.

Earlier in the day, a source close to the Hart family told TMZ the actor was on the mend after doctors completed a successful back surgery on Kevin.

It was also revealed the comedian would spend days in the hospital to recover from the operation and his other injuries. A specific time frame was not released.

Sunday morning Jared Black was driving Kevin’s Plymouth Barracuda when the accident occurred. Jared was reportedly pinned in the vehicle and severely injured as well. He was airlifted to the hospital.

The third person in the car was celebrity personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman, who is engaged to Jared. She only sustained minor injuries in the accident.

The cause of the crash has not yet been determined. However, the police have revealed Jared was not drunk, nor did he even have a drop of alcohol on his breath. The car allegedly veered off Mulholland Highway and landed in a ditch the in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Calabasas.
