Kevin Hunter Fired From 'The Wendy Williams Show' Amid His Divorce With Wendy!

According to a new insider report, Kevin Hunter was fired from his estranged wife’s talk show amid their divorce procession. This comes after previous reports that claimed he would most likely not leave the show since he and Wendy Williams have equal rights over it! So what happened?

As you may know, Hunter had been an executive producer on The Wendy Williams Show and no one really expected his departure despite his long marriage with Wendy coming to an end.

That being said, at this point, it is still unknown whether or not he will continue being  Wendy’s business partner and manager but the source tells ET that he was fired from the talk show.

Prior to Wendy filing for divorce after 22 years, the man made headlines for allegedly having a mistress and even having a child with her!

Earlier today, Hunter released an official statement addressing the divorce and alluding to the cheating.

‘Twenty-eight years ago I met an amazing woman: Wendy Williams. At the time, I did not realize she would not only become my wife, but that she would also change the face of entertainment. I’ve dedicated most of our lives to the business empire that’s Wendy Williams Hunter, a person I truly love and respect unconditionally.’

He went on to admit that ‘I’m not proud of my actions and take full responsibility and apologize to my wife, family, and her amazing fans. No matter what the outcome is, we’re still The Hunter Family and I’ll continue to work with and support my wife in this business fully and through all obstacles, she may face living her new life of sobriety, while I also work on mine.’
