Kevin Spacey Pops Up In Seville Spain - The Actor Was Spotted Playing With A Street Band

According to a report from TMZ, Kevin Spacey is slowly getting his name back out there, albeit, not so much in the United States. The star was spotted again in Europe, except this time, in Seville, Spain. The actor was playing alongside a street band in Spain, singing and playing acoustic guitar on several classic songs.

In the video, the actor and everyone else there appeared to be enjoying themselves. Known as Tuna de Derecho de Sevilla, the band and Kevin Spacey played along to some classic songs from the 1950s, including “La Bamba,” Ritchie Valens’ song from 1958, as well as “Twist and Shout” from The Beatles.

Reportedly, members from the aforementioned group told Spanish journalists that Kevin Spacey was hanging out a restaurant closeby, and they went up to him on Saturday to get a picture. Despite it being 2:00 am, everyone appeared lively.

As it was previously reported, this marks the second time that Kevin has been spotted in Europe since the charges against him were dropped by a Massachusetts judge in July. In Rome last month, Kevin read a poem in front of an audience.

Interestingly, Kevin is still facing off against charges for sexual assault in the United Kingdom. Kevin’s US charges were dropped earlier in the summer after the complainant in the case stopped appearing in court for undisclosed reasons.

According to a July 2019 report from CNN, the charges against Kevin were dropped when the alleged victim in the case fell back on the fifth amendment. The 59-year-old Oscar winner was facing off against indecent assault and battery in relation to an incident from three years prior.

The complainant in the case accused Kevin of groping him repeatedly in a Nantucket bar. Kevin pled not guilty to the charges, which, if he were convicted for, would’ve netted him five years in prison.

The victim in the case pled the fifth amendment to avoid self-incrimination after the cell phone he used to text Kevin on the night of the supposed incident went missing, and he wasn’t able to discover text messages between them.
