Keyshia Cole And Daniel 'Boobie' Gibson’s Fans Have Just Learned This Surprising News About Their Divorce -- How Does Niko Hale Feel About This Complicated Situation?

Even though Keyshia Cole has been moving on with her life with Niko Hale, a new baby, and has no intention of ever looking back on her previous relationship, it does not look like the court agrees with her position all too much.

In fact, recent reports indicate that Cole has been given a final notice to appear in front of a judge and finalize things around her divorce with estranged husband Daniel “Boobie” Gibson.

It is not clear how much the legal system has tried to pursue her until now, but the fact that the notice allegedly states that this was Cole’s last chance seems to have raised a few eyebrows.

Indeed, Cole still seems to have some loose ends regarding her former marriage, and things might actually get quite nasty if the current reports are to be of any indication.

While Cole herself has not addressed the situation in public, recently, past comments indicate that she has been quite affected by it, and it may have thrown a wrench in her works for the time being.

She stated: “Yes I would LOOOVE TO MOVE FORWARD With the divorce. His LAWYER needs to change his positioning in legal Documents. I AM NOT giving him full custody NOR any damn spousal support! And I’ve asked him over and over to do so, the [ball] In his court. No pun intended.”

The former NBA player revealed on the matter: “There were some things in there that wasn’t finalized, but we both have come to agreements on it as far as like, seeing DJ and making sure it’s split down the middle in terms of our time with him and where he stays weekly. That’s pretty much it. So, it’s done, it’s just a matter of it being filed and presented to the court. We’ve all come to an agreement on what we want.”

Cole’s divorce from Gibson has been quite the long-running saga at this point, and it looks like both parties have been quite disrespectful in the eye of the court.

At this point, the judge has given them a final chance to show up, warning them that the entire divorce case could get dismissed if they kept skipping their court dates.

It would be interesting to see how this could reflect on Cole in her new relationship, although hopefully, things will not get to that point in the end.
