Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been the subject of divorce rumors pretty much since the beginning of their marriage. These rumors have been exacerbated by the rapper’s seemingly random social media rants and public speeches.

Case-in-point, Kanye’s run for the presidency this year was one of the most audacious things the rapper has tried to pull off in recent memory, although, his critics would use a different word to describe the presidential run that was, unfortunately, doomed from the beginning.

Either way, Kanye and Kim have had a tough year in 2020 on account of the performing artist’s various social media posts and political statements. For example, he started to cry on stage while at a rally in the Southern USA, and the media excoriated him for it.

People said the rapper had a “mental breakdown” and was “freaking out” in front of his supporters. Kanye apparently began to cry after he reflected on the time he and his wife, Kim, had thought about aborting their first child. Of course, they never went through with it, but it appears as though Kanye hasn’t been able to live that thought down.

Fast-forward to today, and Kim and Kanye have been spending a little more time away from each other. Sources who spoke with E! Online claimed the rapper and his partner have been taking care of their children while living in separate houses.

An insider close to the Kar-Jenner-West clan explained how Kim and Kanye are focused on raising their children together, and nothing else. They have Psalm West, Chicago West, Saint West, and North West, who are all very young still.

According to the source, Kim and Kanye are working on their careers, their family life, and they’re just trying to keep everything intact for the sake of their kids. It’s not a struggle at all, at the moment, they’re just doing what’s right for their children, the insider shared.

In other news, the coronavirus pandemic has led the Kar-Jenner family to shut down their plans for a Christmas Eve party this year. It looks like Kim and Kanye will be having a low-key get-together.

The family previously came under fire for a private island party which Kim addressed on her social media. The reality star claimed she and her closest relatives rented an island to get away from the pandemic, but it brought a lot of negative attention from angry social media users who accused them of being “out of touch.”
