Kim Kardashian called her husband of six years, Kanye West, her “king” in a recent birthday message as separation rumors between the couple abound. Kanye West celebrated his 43rd birthday on June 8, 2020, and Kim shared his special day on social media. Choosing two throwback photos, Kim Kardashian shared the pictures with her 174.5 million Instagram followers. The couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on May 24, 2020, and Kim also shared a sweet message to Kanye on Instagram saying that they had spent six years together and have “forever” to go. The couple has been quite busy in the past six years and has four children including North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm West, 1.
Though Kim is presenting a public picture as if things are going well between them, some are asking why she didn’t share recent photos of herself with Kanye on his birthday and instead chose to post throwback pictures. Some also noticed that she didn’t actually say anything overtly sentimental such as “I love you” or express how happy the couple is in either the photos she posted for Kanye’s birthday or the couple’s anniversary.
Kanye West isn’t active on Instagram anymore but he does have a Twitter account. He hasn’t shared much on Twitter since February and in March he posted an announcement for Yeezy Season 8.

Kanye had come under fire in the past for his support of Donald Trump, wearing a MAGA hat, and at the time, remaining silent on the kneeling death of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter protests taking place across the country.
Though he hasn’t publicly disavowed Donald Trump, Kanye West recently protested in his home town of Chicago and donated a whopping $2 to help the families of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor. He has also established a fund to pay college expenses for George Floyd’s six-year-old daughter, Gianna.
Happy birthday, Kanye West!
