Kodak Black Exposes The BOP For Violating The First Step Act

Kodak Black has been busy on social media lately. After stirring up some drama with NBA Youngboy behind bars,the rapper is exposing the Bureau of Prisons yet again for his unfair treatment.

The artist is already set to be released in August 2022 but now the powers that be are trying to add more time on for the incident where he is accused of assaulting a guard while under the influence of an unknown substance.

Additionally, Black has had his phone, commissary, and email privileges taken away on top of being thrown in solitary confinement.

Now, Kodak is claiming that they are violating the First Step Act that Donald Trump signed off on that states an inmate should not be sent more than 500 miles away from their family.

He took to Instagram again to voice what was going on: ‘Man These Ppl Stay Trynna F*** Me Ova, All This #Coronavirus S*** And Yall Talkin Bout Trynna Charge A N**** For A Bogus Fight. On Top Of That Y’all Send Me Way to Kentucky USP Big Sandy 1,023 miles Away From My Family After Donald Trump Passed The First Step Act Stating That The BOP is Supposed To Keep You Within 500 Miles Of Your Family. After people criticized him for airing out his troubles via social media, the 22-year-old’s lawyer took to the comment section to say that he agrees that his client is being targeted and detailed what he is doing in order to try and make things right.
