Kristen Wiig & Avi Rothman Spotted For The First Time With Their New Twins!

Just one day after it was revealed that Saturday Night Live alum Kristen Wiig and her fiancé Avi Rothman had welcomed twins via surrogate earlier this year, cameras spotted the family of four out on a walk together in Los Angeles. And, they even brought their dog along for the outing.

Wiig and Rothman each wore a baby carrier, and the twins were wearing bucket hats to help shield their faces from the sun. Wiig kept things casual in a long-sleeved red shirt and cutoff shorts, she also did her best to lay low by wearing an oversized hat and a scarf around her face.

Meanwhile, Rothman kept the family dog on its leash as he held one of his newborns in a baby carrier while wearing a gray t-shirt and shorts.

The Bridesmaids star sparked pregnancy rumors last month when she hosted Saturday Night Live’s Mother’s Day At Home special. She thanked her mom, Laurie Johnston, and expressed her disappointment over not being able to spend the holiday with her in person.

“I don’t know if I truly appreciated my mom the first 45 years of my life,” Wiig said. “But this year I’m feeling especially grateful for her advice, her love. I’m so thankful for all the things she’s taught me, like preparing me to be a mom myself.”

Wiig continued: “Things like breastfeeding (while showing a plate of cooked chicken breasts). Babies love that chicken, she would always say that.”

Kristen Wiig and Avi Rothman got engaged in August 2019 after dating for three years. She was previously married to Hayes Hargrove from 2005 to 2009. Cameras first spotted the couple together in 2016 when they were enjoying some PDA in Kauai, Hawaii.

At the time, an insider revealed that Wiig and Rothman had been “dating for a few months” and they were “really happy together.”

Rothman trained at the Groundlings theater in Los Angeles, just like Wiig. He is a writer, actor, producer, and director, and his short film Bunion premiered at the WILDSound Film Festival in 2015. He has also made YouTube comedy videos, including his series Ogden the Inappropriate Yoga Guy.

Kristin Wiig’s next big project is Wonder Woman 1984, which is scheduled to hit theaters in October.
