KUWK: Khloe Kardashian Determined To Get Sole Custody Of Daughter True

Ever since Khloe Kardashian and her baby daddy Tristan Thompson ended their relationship, the KUWK star has been very concerned about their 11 month old daughter, True. Khloe reportedly wants to make sure the child will have a happy life, and that might just mean battling her ex in court to get sole custody.

The Kardashian is apparently ready to do whatever necessary to not lose the toddler even if that means having a nonconventional custody agreement rather than to just split it like usual.

One source shared with HollywoodLife that ‘Khloe worries about her daughter’s future and is prepared to fight to maintain custody of her child. Khloe’s in close contact with her family attorney to ensure she’ll never lose custody of True to Tristan, should he decide to take her to court. While Khloe’s financially secure, she has also discussed child support with her attorney, she is making sure all her bases are covered and everything dealing with True and Tristan is fair and equitable.’

It sounds like all the mother wants is to make sure she is always the primary caretaker of her daughter, something she really likes.

That is not to say she wishes Tristan would never see True again.

In fact, she hopes he can be in her life as much as possible through regular visits.

‘The best part of Khloe’s day is singing her daughter to sleep every night, and she would be heartbroken if that was ever taken away from her. So Khloe is working closely with her attorneys to make sure that Tristan has fair visitation rights but that sole custody remains firmly with her,’ the insider added.
