After years of being in hiding from the spotlight, Rob Kardashian has lost a lot of weight and gained his confidence back while also working on his mental health in the meantime.

That being said, the last few months, he’s made rare but regular appearances online, be it on his platform or on the ones of his sisters.

That means that fans were not completely surprised to see him posing with his family members in snaps taken at Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday but they were still very happy to see him doing so well once more!

Furthermore, while his body is behind his sisters’ in the snap, judging by how his face looks, it seems that the man has dropped a few more pounds since the last time everyone’s seen him on social media.

Not to mention that he had a huge smile on his face, looking like he’s much happier these days.

Alongside her birthday pics, Kim detailed the experience, writing: ‘40 and feeling humbled and blessed. There isn’t a single day that I take for granted, especially during these times when we are all reminded of the things that truly matter. For my birthday this year, I could not think of a better way to spend it than with some of the people who have helped shaped me into the woman I am today. Before COVID, I do not think any of us truly appreciated what a simple luxury it was to be able to travel and be together with family and friends in a safe environment.’

She went on ‘After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time. We danced, we rode bikes, swam near whales, kayaked, watched a movie on the beach and much more. I realize that for most people, this is something that’s so far out of reach right now, so in moments like these, I’m humbly reminded of how privileged my life is. #thisis40.’
