On New Year’s Eve, Kylie shared a photo of herself on her social media account to flaunt her new look. She died her hair blue just ahead of the end of 2018.

Kylie was together with her BFF Jordyn Woods, and they were probably on their way to a party.

In the photo, you can see Kylie wearing a ring on THAT finger on her left hand. As expected people started making all kinds of assumptions, being confident that she is finally engaged to Travis.
